I am a Relate trained relationship therapist. My work is focussed on helping couples and individuals lead more contented lives.

My aim is to help people unravel their perceived difficulties and assist them to understand themselves so they are able to develop more meaningful relationships with family, friends, colleagues and partners.

My passion is to understand what makes us who we are and how we connect with each other. I explore why this goes smoothly for some people and for others the experience is more of a rocky journey.

People or experiences from the past can influence everyday issues. Changing patterns of behaviour can alter the way we interact with others and I support couples and individuals learning news ways of communicating and reacting that can enhance your life and your relationships.

I have a MA in Relationship Therapy and after training with Relate, I set up my own counselling practise. My flexible approach allows me to use a variety of methods and techniques. Based in Leigh-on-Sea, I offer a safe, confidential, professional environment for you to explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their ethical framework and code of conduct. I also have BA in Communications Studies & Sociology from Goldsmith’s College, University of London.
